Returns

Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if:

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 60 days of delivery

Free Returns

  • We provide a free return service with a prepaid return label
  • There is no return shipping cost for the customer

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after customer confirmation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only after contacting our support team
  • Products showing signs of use or damage by the customer may not be eligible for refund
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions
